Wealth management opens up to mediation

A new discipline is emerging in the financial center: mediation for clients of asset managers, which was imposed by the law on financial services. Nine specialized bodies were created last year to offer rapid and economical settlement of disputes relating to investments or financial advice. These organizations competed fiercely to attract members until December 24, the registration deadline. Many questions arise about the differences in cost and expertise that will be available on this emerging market, which could be summed up to a few dozen cases per year and therefore to derisory cash inflows.
