Vladimir Achourkov, 49, is a former banker forced to resign and go into exile in 2014, five years after he started supporting opponent Alexei Navalny. Since then living in London, he is the executive director of the Anti-Corruption Foundation founded by the opponent, in particular in charge of strategy and fundraising.
