The framework agreement can still be saved

Even if it is very likely not to happen much spectacular in Brussels on April 23 when Guy Parmelin will visit the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, the big maneuvers have started in the file of the institutional agreement with the EU. On one point, observers agree: the lines are moving. After five years of arduous negotiations between the parties and two and a half years of delay in Switzerland, this famous agreement which everyone thought was in a state of “clinical death” could well emerge from a coma in the coming weeks. He shouldn’t be buried this Friday.
