The 12 resolutions for the future of your health and that of the planet

January often rhymes with resolutions. I confess that personally, I am nevertheless not very seduced by this concept when it is overused. Most of us actually tested it for a few days, a few weeks or even a few months, before going back to old habits. I am however convinced thattoday is, in view of the news particularly revealing of the urgency of the situation, THE time to question ourselves in depth (if it has not already been done) on the place that we want to give to food, to to act Consequently.

What to answer the question “Are the nutritional and environmental responses the same? “, Yes, without a doubt. I have also had the opportunity to develop this point in previous articles. I could have written ” same fight “ because it is indeed a fight against our own daily habits, beyond a fight against a system. However, I prefer to talk to you here about concrete solutions that can be acted upon immediately and whose positive impact is well established. I invite you to get involved in the 12 resolutions of the Positive Nutrition Charter, allowing you to take care of yourself, those around you and our planet. Each month, I will present a new commitment in detail with all of my associated practical advice. Here they are :

  1. I use my critical mind wisely.
  2. I choose my food consciously.
  3. I educate those around me.
  4. I give myself time and pleasure.
  5. I eat raw food.
  6. I reduce my consumption of animal products.
  7. I favor local plants and Mediterranean inspiration.
  8. I favor short circuits.
  9. I limit food waste.
  10. I favor responsible sectors.
  11. I am eliminating plastic packaging.
  12. I produce my own food.

This idea of a charter is particularly close to my heart. Even if it is to this day What symbolic, it makes it possible to formalize a desire to evolve towards positive and sustainable nutrition. I already use it with health professionals engaged in the professional course of the Academy of Positive Nutrition, but I am delighted to share it with you today in order to make it accessible to as many people as possible. So, in 2020, will you join us?

I wish you a happy new year 2020, that it is synonymous with small daily pleasures of sweetness and above all of benevolence towards you, your loved ones and our planet!
