January often rhymes with resolutions. I confess that personally, I am nevertheless not very seduced by this concept when it is overused. Most of us actually tested it for a few days, a few weeks or even a few months, before going back to old habits. I am however convinced thattoday is, in view of the news particularly revealing of the urgency of the situation, THE time to question ourselves in depth (if it has not already been done) on the place that we want to give to food, to to act Consequently.
