The Beatles to the rescue
The title announces the color. It’s not “To the Beatles, eternal regrets”, or even “The Beatles and me”, but Nowhere girl, feminized echo of Nowhere man by John Lennon. This “Girl from nowhere” is called Magali Le Huche. She was born in the Paris region in 1979, ten years after the separation of the group, a year before Lennon’s death. Coming from an easy and tolerant background (parents psychologists), Magali is a schoolgirl without problem. Until the day when she came up against the inhibiting intransigence of a French teacher. Overwhelmed by the weight of the things she fears not knowing how to do, Magali develops a school phobia forcing her to continue her studies at home.
