The framework of the election to the Neuchâtel Council of State seemed sewn with white thread. According to most forecasts, the Socialist Party was going to have to cede one of its three seats to the Greens, the left retaining the absolute majority of this five-member government. But the results of the first round, this Sunday, reserved two surprises that upset the plans for the second round scheduled for May 9. The first is signed by a new arrival in politics, the PLR ​​Crystel Graf, who at the top of his 35 years signs the sensation of the day by winning an unexpected fifth place.
