Ephemeral plant showcase in Geneva

Calatheas. Ficus trees. Yuccas. Cacti. On Nordic wooden shelves. Formica tables or cement tiles. For a year now, indoor plants have been forming new jungles in the apartments of young city dwellers. The craze is such that events dedicated to the sale, barter of plants or cuttings are flourishing all over Europe.

“The queen is the monstera, with its large cut-out, very graphic sheets, which we have seen a lot gathering dust in waiting rooms and building lobbies in recent decades, ”observes Marion Sepulcher. In collaboration with the MOG design plant brand, this Genevan is organizing an ephemeral sale of plants at Voisins, a bistro annexed to a coworking space in the Plainpalais district.
