It is the surprise of this first round of the Neuchâtel elections, Crystel Graf. Only 35 years old, she is still little known in Neuchâtel politics. Vice-president of the cantonal PLR, she sits in the parliament of La Chaux-de-Fonds and is a deputy. Considered one of the rising stars of the party, she could skip all stages and end up in the Council of State if she republished her result on May 9. A lawyer by training, she worked in the staff of the Vaud State Councilor Anne-Catherine Lyon. Today, she heads the Financial Supervision Organization in Neuchâtel.
