Neither in a ski resort, nor in any mountain region. And neither in Haut-Valais, where he built his career as a ski lift manager. Berno Stoffel met us in Bern, in the building where the Swiss ski lifts (RMS) were set up last year.

It could be anecdotal. But it is not. The director of the ski resort umbrella needed to be close to political decision-makers, the Federal Council in particular, to convince them to let the ski lifts operate, when all other activities were prohibited, during the second wave.
